We stayed one night while splitting up the drive from New Orleans to Canada. We only wanted somewhere clean and comfortable to sleep, since we weren't expecting luxury. The bed looked clean, so arriving late and exhausted, we just tried to get a couple hours of rest instead of contacting the front desk. The room was freezing and smelled like cigarette smoke, and the toilet was dirty. The shower started with brown, icy water, then took at least five minutes to clear up and warm. Both towels had long brown hairs on them, so I skipped showering. We could also hear every toilet flush from other rooms, along with rattling and squeaking pipes, loud enough to wake me each time. The elevator was dirty and seemed to struggle getting to the third floor. I'd take the stairs. We picked this budget hotel for its price and location, and because of the positive reviews. We gave the few bad ones the benefit of the doubt, thinking they might be about small issues. Our stay was a lot like those negative accounts, so the number of glowing reviews surprised us. If you're deciding between here and another nearby hotel, think it over carefully.

I travel a lot for work, and this was a great stay. The room was clean, the shower pressure was amazing, and I felt very safe. There are great restaurants and a Walmart nearby. Couldn't ask for more.

We arrived at 2 a.m. during a really long drive, just needing somewhere to sleep, and the employee who helped us was extremely kind and accommodating. My wife and I found the room comfortable and quite spacious. We'd definitely stay again if we're in the area.

We ended up here because our car broke down, and I'm sure there was a reason we did. Nicole and her husband went out of their way several times to help my family and me. Every front desk person I spoke with was friendly and easy to talk to. The rooms and service were impeccable, and breakfast was great. I can't recommend spending your money here enough.

After a month traveling across America and staying at BW hotels, this was easily our best BW experience. We know each property is independently owned, so the experience can vary, and you can tell these owners really care about theirs. Nichole, the general manager, is a real gem when it comes to hospitality. May God keep blessing the wonderful service you provide.
