Hacienda Inn

I came back to the motel around 3 a.m. and my key didn’t work. When I told the owner I’d paid for a whole week, she said I couldn’t bother them after hours. That was beyond unprofessional. They let other people use the pool, but when I asked for my son, wife, and me, they said it was closed. I tried to get my money back for the remaining days, but they wouldn’t give it to me. My family and I had a bad experience here, and I wanted people to know.

My friend left his wallet in the room. We’d already gone when we noticed, but the front desk employee had kept it safe when we returned. He politely refused the $10 tip we offered. The rooms were neat and clean, the service was good, and it was a very nice experience.

It was okay, but not great. The place is small and seems badly managed, with very limited service and no food. The staff seemed quite rude. I left my watch on my bag, and now it’s gone. The doors are hard to close. The TV worked fine, and the water could be hot or cold depending on where you set it.

Clean, modern rooms with nice tile floors. A great place to stay.
