Embassy Suites La Quinta Hotel & Spa

The staff were warm and attentive throughout, from the front desk to the dining area, and went out of their way to help. The complimentary breakfast was a highlight, especially the delicious cook-to-order omelette. The cook was friendly, and there was a good variety. We also enjoyed the evening reception. Our suite was spacious, clean, and well equipped. The separate living area, kitchenette, quality furniture, and plush bedding made it feel like a home away from home. The open, modern atrium made a bright and welcoming first impression, and the common areas were impeccably maintained with a stylish, comfortable design. We had a fantastic experience at the Embassy Suites by Hilton La Quinta Hotel & Spa and highly recommend it for a comfortable, welcoming stay in the area.

We stayed two nights. The room was nice, and there was plenty of parking. The heater was VERY LOUD, and I’m not sure it was making heat. Since the stay was so short, I didn’t want to report it, wait for a worker, and maybe still have the problem. Always bring earplugs when you travel!

The staff were efficient and friendly, and I loved my room. The food was good, and the text message option was a nice surprise.

Old Town La Quinta is just across the street, with a few restaurants, clothing boutiques, and a coffee shop. We learned the hard way that most places there close by 9PM, so if you arrive late like we did, Casa Mendoza may be a good bet for a bite. I believe it stays open later than the other nearby spots. We came with our dog, and our one concern was that the hotel didn’t ask to see current vaccination records. We were surprised they didn’t check, for the health and safety of all the pets staying there. Aside from that, we had a great stay. I’m originally from La Quinta, but Old Town being so quiet by 9PM caught me off guard. The Embassy is a hidden gem in the Coachella Valley and worth a visit. We’ll make it our go-to hotel next time we’re in town.
