The staff were kind and helpful throughout my 11 work nights, and the location was close to everything I needed. They even let me use the laundry room after hours because of my schedule. The room was clean, though the AC and heat were noisy, and a kitchenette would have made the stay better. The minifridge was the big hassle. It froze most of my food on the first night. I was reimbursed, but had to shop again. Maintenance replaced it that day with a fridge that had no freezer, so my frozen food thawed. The staff kept my frozen items in their freezer, which meant trips to and from the front desk every day. They did their best to make up for the bad equipment, but having the fridge under the sink was inconvenient too.

Ian at the front desk made a real difference. They noticed the note on our reservation, welcomed us warmly, and took care to meet my partner’s accessibility needs. Our room was spotless, with a comfortable bed and a smart TV that made for a nice evening. We had a friendly, relaxing stay at the Best Western in Lacey and hope to return. Thanks to Ian and the team for the thoughtful service and hospitality.

The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with something better than the usual BW spread each day. Everyone we met on staff was pleasant, and the shower had great water pressure. We spent a week here, and found both the hotel and our room clean, quiet, and comfortable.

I found this Best Western after the hotel I’d first tried to book had no power. It turned out to be exactly the kind of stay I wanted, and the price was even better. Signing up for membership was free, and I earned quite a few points that never expire. I’m looking forward to staying at more Best Westerns on road trips around the country. Five out of five, I’d recommend it.

The guest rooms were clean and pleasant. We also made use of the laundry room, which was clean and felt secure. Breakfast had a better-than-average selection, with lots of tasty options.
