The hotel was affordable and very quiet, so I slept well at night. I stayed for a few days, and the front desk agents were kind and informative. Good service, and breakfast is included.

Charles, Romeo, Megan and Paulita did everything they could to keep us comfortable, always with a smile. We were preparing for a move to Europe and probably needed more help than most guests, but they handled every request without hesitation and made sure we had what we needed. We’ll definitely stay with them again when we return to the states. Thanx guys!

My sister and I drove from the eastern side of the state because my mom was having heart surgery, and we’d reserved a room before leaving. It was booked in my sister’s name using her husband’s credit card. When we arrived, she showed her ID and was told the reservation had been canceled. I don’t understand how it could have been canceled before we got there after we’d received confirmation. I’ve traveled coast to coast and never had trouble checking in with a reservation in my name just because the card was someone else’s debit card. The clerk was rude to my sister and told her to have a good night. This hotel is a joke. Check other places in the area.

They charged a $200 deposit just for the privilege of staying at this filthy, run-down hotel. I wouldn’t suggest going unless you have absolutely no choice and are willing to risk having your money held hostage. It was a very unpleasant experience. I smoke, but I’m a good samaritan and don’t smoke inside houses or cars other than my own, except when it’s raining. People with no authority to do so insulted and chastised me, then held my deposit. Granted, the hosting manager was as nice as she could be under the circumstances.
