Lakeview House & Cottages

We had C9, with two bedrooms, a full kitchen, and a living room futon that could serve as another bed. Out back, there was a little patio by the pool and a gas grill we used every night. The pool was very clean and the hot tub was wonderful. Each morning there was coffee and muffins in the beautiful lobby, with a breathtaking view from the deck. Lakeview Inn & Cottages is a 2-3 minute walk from the arcade and main strip, and about a 10 minute walk from the public beach. So convenient. The street is steep, though, and walking back up can take some effort depending on your age and physical abilities. The owner was so kind and friendly. We'll definitely be back next year!

We stayed in an inn room, which didn’t have its own bathroom as we’d expected. The shared facilities were very close and adequate. It’s a nice location, and the old inn is quaint with beautiful lake views. The owner was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Coffee, tea, and muffins in the lobby were a lovely, unexpected treat. The cottages look cute, and each has a gas grill.

We stayed in the captain's suite in August 2025, while our children were in the cottage across from us at the same place. The view was wonderful, and there was unlimited coffee and apples, plus homemade muffins in the morning. The owner likes to check people in early when their room is ready. There were ten of us, and the boardwalk was a one minute walk away. Get to the beach by 10am, since parking near it is only $2 for an hour and a half. Can't wait to go back.

We spent a four day weekend in the Captain’s Suite. It was clean and comfortable, and the sunrise over the view was spectacular. My daughter loved the homemade muffins and having a pool on site. I'd absolutely stay again.
