The non-smoking room reeked of old cigarettes, and the sheets were dirty. I moved to another room, but housekeeping still hadn't made the bed or left towels. When I asked for housekeeping, the staff smelled of alcohol and marijuana. I left without staying the night and still couldn't get a refund. Save yourself the trouble and sleep in your car.

I only lasted one night. The room was filthy and run-down: mold, a broken A/C left wide open, and a card lock that didn't work, so I was handed a padlock key instead. The bed had clearly been slept in, there was McDonald's trash, used towels on the floor, and urine in the toilet. No room service had been done. There was also an issue over my service animal. Even after I showed her certificate and explained she was a service animal, staff tried to charge a deposit and didn't seem familiar with the Fair Housing act. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

We came here before a hike the next day, and within seconds of lying on the bed we were getting bitten by bugs. When I told the manager, he suggested we had brought them in and asked if we'd come from another hotel. He moved us to another room, which luckily didn't have the same problem. He said it was a personal guest room. Then at 10:15 am, while we were awake and thankfully dressed, a cleaner used a card to enter without knocking. He left without apologizing. The manager blamed us again, saying people usually check out at 11, though we were booked for two nights. The manager was obnoxious, and the cleaning staff felt intrusive. This was one of the worst motels we've stayed in. I wish I could post a photo of the bites. Please don't stay here.

After a five-hour drive, I just needed sleep for the night. I've stayed in some bad motels, but this was the worst. The non-smoking room smelled like an ashtray, the comforter had burn marks, and the bathroom was too dirty to use. Duct-taped milk jugs served as light fixtures. The carpet was stained and ripped, the TV still had a $30 garage-sale sticker on it, and the pillows were so brown I wouldn't give them to a farm animal. The nearby hotels were full, and my car seemed like the better choice. We got no sleep and felt our lives were at risk. When I asked for my money back, the attendant said only the owner could approve it and gave me a number. Each time I called, I was told the owner wasn't available and to try later. He suddenly became available when I said I wanted to buy the property, but still refused to refund me. This place is a scam. Don't stay here or pay them expecting your money back.

Our van had died, and a tow truck brought us off the thruway. While we were in the hotel's parking lot, a guy told us to move somewhere else because we were making the place look bad. The hotel has looked terrible from the thruway for the last 20 years anyway. The restaurant is closed, and the outside looks trashed.
