Microtel Inn & Suites By Wyndham Lady Lake/The Vi

The front desk was awesome, and I really appreciated the manager taking care of my request. Usually hotels don't even read my requests. For the service I got, this was the best price I could find. Too bad it's out of the way for my job.

The staff are amazingly helpful and friendly, and customer service is spot on. The rooms are a good size and very clean. I have show dogs, so being able to bring dogs and having a central location both work perfectly for me. Same goes for horseshoes. I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed two nights, and the friendly staff and good service made this a good place to rest before moving on. The room was clean and smelled pleasant, with a well-made King bed and fluffy, comfortable pillows. The darkening curtains worked well, and the practical amenities were just what we needed. The Ironing board, Iron, and hair blower all worked, and the sheets and towels were changed daily. Sierra was courteous and kind at our effortless check-in after booking on-line. She gave us our passkey and pointed us to the room. Breakfast was very basic, with dry cereal, coffee, tea, bagels, muffins, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, and do it yourself waffles with batter, cream cheese, butter, jellies, juice, and syrup. It wasn't continental. There's a restaurant with a good menu just a short walk from the Microtel, with take out available if you'd rather eat at the hotel.

That 6am breakfast on saturday and sunday was outstanding, especially if you're heading to a sporting event early. The setup was fantastic and had everything you can imagine, and the coffee was fantastic. Really great stay, with great rooms too.
