I was pleasantly surprised by how nice this hotel was for a work trip to a smaller town. It had the feel of a cozy lodge, and the location was perfect. The pool area is great, with a hot tub and a little kiddie pool that's ideal for families. Everyone was extremely friendly and attentive. I'll definitely come back.

The door lock trouble could have happened to anyone, but the way the team looked after me was impressive. Coming back from breakfast, I found that my key wouldn't open the faulty electronic lock. A replacement key didn't help, and neither did the master key. They called maintenance, who promptly changed the batteries. There was no need to rush, but everyone dropped what they were doing to help with my small problem. The staff were professional, kind, and apologetic throughout. That's why I stand by my 5 Star review of this Quality Inn in Ladysmith, WI.

My husband and I were headed to ladysmith for a hunting trip and didn't know the Quality Inn would make the trip so memorable. The cabin-like stay completed our visit. Laurie Kowalski at the front desk made us feel welcome every time we came through the door, and gave us dinner recommendations. Her good luck wishes, questions about how the hunts went, and interest in hearing about them meant a lot. We'll be back ❤️

The hotel was attractive and clean, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, with scrambled eggs and sausage. My husband and I stayed Friday night to split up a 10-hour drive across the state. Unfortunately, the walls did nothing to block sound. Fishing buddies in the adjoining room were VERY loud for a long time, starting at 2:45 AM. For what the room costs, I expect better noise control. I won't stay again.
