The Mart was stocked with plenty of meals and snacks, which was useful during my extended work travel. Nehal at the front desk was quick and receptive when I asked for clean towels and to have the room trash removed. The hotel met all my expectations, and I’d strongly recommend it to someone traveling for a short business stay.

I left the property because I no longer felt safe dealing with staff, and called the police myself. The officers treated me respectfully after I explained what had happened. I had checked in expecting an ordinary, safe stay, but a receptionist accused my children of calling and harassing the desk at 11:30 pm the night before. That hadn’t happened, as my kids were asleep while sick and knocked out from antibiotics. When I calmly asked for proof, the account kept changing: the receptionist told me one version, my son another, and the police a third. The behavior felt dishonest and unprofessional, and one staff member used intimidating language with my son. I also found another guest’s report of the same issue at this hotel from just three weeks earlier, which makes this seem like a pattern rather than a mistake. Guests shouldn’t be threatened or blamed for something they didn’t do. Be careful here if honesty, safety, and professionalism matter to you.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The room smelled of urine, the tub had rust in it, and the foyer carpets were soiled. We were also charged $10 a night to park, which felt like a rip-off. I’ve never had a hotel charge me to park my car.

I ended up needing to stay here for over a month unexpectedly, and the people are why I’ll return. I travel a lot and have stayed in more hotels than most, but I’ve never experienced staff this friendly and helpful. They’re a wonderful group, and their assistance went well beyond what I expected. The hotel itself may not be five star, but the staff certainly are.
