The digital service worked just as I needed, even though I was unsure about staying somewhere without staff on site. Everything I needed was there, easy to access, and clearly labeled. The place itself felt updated, clean, cozy, and comfortable. 100/10 experience. I’ll definitely come back and look for more chances to book through Kasa.

The hotel is beautiful, with spacious rooms, lovely views, and great amenities. I just wish there were a laundry area. Noise coming through the walls between rooms and from the ceiling could use some attention. The neighbors were noisy, but otherwise it’s a great place to stay.

The bathroom was fantastic, and I’m planning to incorporate some of its features into my new home. The kitchen was accessible, too. For elderly visitors who use wheelchairs, the accessible room is a great fit. The bedding and the whole place were clean and comfortable.

The automated check-in and check-out through texts and emails worked really well, though you’ll need your phone with you when you leave the room since there’s no front desk. The place was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and they’d thoughtfully left bottled water, treats, and a white noise machine for better sleep. I’ll definitely stay again. Thanks for a great experience!

Having a personal code for both the hotel entrance and my room made check-in easy, and there was no room key to lose. The modern hotel in Louisa, Virginia is right beside the wonderful restaurant Tim’s at Lake Anna. It was extremely clean, from the comfortable, spotless common areas to the bedroom, and the bathroom had a good selection of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and more. Our small balcony looked out over the canal. It was a very pleasant stay, and I’ll recommend it to all my friends.
