Disney's Beach Club Villas

We used every kind of transportation to get to Disney Springs, Boardwalk, and the parks, and the location worked out perfectly. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay again. Our room was spacious and well located, with a good view and sound of the EPCOT fireworks most evenings. We took afternoon naps every day, so housekeeping didn't service the room daily, which was fine since we didn't need it. The room had everything we needed, including a coffee maker and fridge. One surprise for a deluxe resort was how clearly we could hear the people upstairs whenever they flushed.

Once the dining plan was sorted out, the trip went great. The concierge manager was wonderful: she fixed the charges on my room and showed me how to track the dining package in the app. The first two days, meals at the parks were being charged to my room because the Cast Members didn't ask whether I was using the plan, and I didn't know to mention it. We arrived around 7:30 PM and the club-level concierge at check-in hadn't explained how the dining plan worked, how to use the app, room charges, or club-level activities. It was my first time at Disneyworld, so I didn't know what to ask.

The staff were so accommodating with our child. They provided bed bumpers so our child could sleep safely in the bed alone, and it was nice to stay somewhere with so much on hand to help families feel comfortable. Getting around was easy. We liked the short walk to Epcot, the Skyliner, and the boats, and the buses made trips to the other parks simple. The marketplace had a good range of snacks and quick meals. We also had a very good breakfast at Cape May Cafe, where the characters brought lots of happiness to the children in our family. I loved finishing the day at Beaches and Cream for fresh ice cream. It was the first thing I missed when vacation was over. Our first Disney visit went wonderfully from check-in through checkout. The morning after checkout, I realized I'd left one AirPod in the bed sheets. I filed a lost-and-found report online and got a reply in under five hours. Staff from the Beaches Resort had found it and sent a tracking number right away. My AirPod arrived four days after we left Disney. That honesty and integrity really made the resort stand out. Every family should feel this safe and secure on vacation. Beaches Resort has great staff who make a stay exceptional.

We had a wonderful vacation together, and my daughter said how much she enjoyed all of us being together. When we arrived, though, the rooms we'd wanted adjoining were on the same floor but apart. I explained to the front desk woman how important it was to spend time with my grandchildren. She made a call and arranged adjoining rooms for the next day. Once they were ready, staff moved our luggage over. Disney is the best.
