Brian at the front desk made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. He was kind, attentive, easy to talk to, and really helpful. Our family had a wonderful stay. The room was more spacious and comfortable than we expected, and the location made it easy to get around and explore. The hotel exceeded our expectations, and we’d happily choose it again and recommend it.

We had everything we needed, including free washer and dryers on site. The rooms were spacious, the beds comfortable, and the staff were great. All the parks are within about 10 minutes. Excellent stay!

The location was the best part, just six minutes from Disney Springs and 14 minutes from Disney. When I checked out, Jen at the front desk went above and beyond, even though I hadn’t expected anything. Thank you. The room was cheap, and it felt like you got what you paid for. The walls were dirty, the towels and washcloths were dirty and just tossed in the bathroom, and the room smelled musty. The beds were awful and sagged in the middle, making them even more uncomfortable. The pillows smelled old.

My family booked Saturday, February 14th and Sunday, February 15th at this hotel. When we checked in on the 14th, we were told we’d have to check in again the next day because someone else had already booked our room for the 15th. We accepted that after being told the replacement room would have three beds, which sounded great for a family of five. But when we returned on the 15th, management had already given away the room we’d booked nearly a week earlier, leaving us without a room for the night. We managed to find another place, but it had one bedroom, a pullout couch, and a regular pullout bed that felt unstable and unsafe. Don’t stay here if you’re worried about management taking the room you booked in advance. We won’t be back. I’d give one star less if I could.
