Quality Inn & Suites Montgomery East Carmichael Rd

We stayed here for the second year in a row. Renovations were underway last year and still aren't finished. The first room had roaches, and I hit my head on the low towel cupboard behind the toilet. The desk tried moving us, but the other room had even more bugs, so we went back to the first one and hoped for the best. In the morning, a big roach was on the wall above the bed. The evening front desk clerk tried to help, though she was hard to understand. Breakfast was good, but they need to get rid of the bugs and finish the renovation.

The area felt safe, the location was convenient, and the rooms were comfortable and peaceful. The grounds were nicely kept both outside and throughout the hotel. Breakfast was a big hit in the morning, with a great variety. I'll definitely come back.

The front desk staff were very good, and breakfast was good enough. The bathroom tub and sink had no stoppers, the tub was chipped, and the ceiling fan was extremely gross. The toilet seat was so loose it almost gave way when I leaned slightly to the right. TV reception was poor, with no major networks, and the couch/pull-out bed was filthy. DOT Wisconsin.

A couple of weeks ago my boyfriend and I got a room for the night. Big mistake. We paid $167, and the roaches were everywhere all night. In room 216, the refrigerator didn't work. I called the front desk, and the girl came to check if I'd turned it on. I told her it was their job to make sure it worked for guests. We moved to room 221, where roaches crawled around every time the lights came on, so we slept with the lights on. They were still crawling in the morning. I was disgusted and went downstairs for help, but the young man couldn't assist us. He told my boyfriend to calm down and have breakfast. The breakfast was frozen, and he said to microwave it. Run!
