Caribbean Club Resort

There were six of us, four adults and two kids, and the condo was just the right size. We made big breakfasts and dinners at the table, which had eight seats. The remodeled kitchen had a dishwasher, and there was a nice washer and dryer too. It seemed newly renovated, with a fireplace in both the living room and master bedroom and large TVs in every room. The kids built sand castles and played with frogs just steps from the sandy beach area. They also enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools while we recovered from being out all day. Our family had a wonderful time at Caribbean Resort, and we'll be back.

I had several problems with rental 616. After I emailed the resort, I received some reimbursement as a credit to my credit card. They never replied with an apology or confirmed they'd work on the reported issues for the next guests.

Condo #307 was updated and comfortable, and we were very happy with it for our November pre-Thanksgiving weekend in the Dells. The fireplaces kept things warm on chilly nights, the beds were comfortable, and the pullout couches worked well for the kids. It was decorated nicely and felt like a home away from home for family time. The Caribbean Club pool and hot tub were a fun place to spend an afternoon or evening, with plenty of chairs and tables. The condo is a three-minute drive from the Wilderness resort, where our kids, ages 8 and 6, used a day pass. We all preferred the comfort of #307 to the hustle and bustle at the Wilderness. We'll definitely return.

The hardest part was getting someone to answer the phone. Condo 612 was spacious and clean enough for me, with a beautiful view of Lake Delton. A table in the living area had been broken and obviously glued back together, and the upstairs bathroom lights didn't work. Those seemed like easy fixes. The jacuzzi hot water wasn't working either, but that wasn't a big deal. My family of 10 had a great time.
