Fontana Village Inn

The room had everything we needed for our one-night stay, and it was clean and comfortable. The staff were welcoming and friendly. A great stay!

I was skeptical at first, but the place impressed me. I use washable white slippers to check hotel carpets, and the soles tell me how clean they are. Village Inn passed that test better than even some fancy places I’ve stayed. Everything was spotless, and I liked the shampoo, conditioner, and soap too. The mattress was wrapped and protected, which reassured me since I’m paranoid about bed bugs. I even took photos as proof. The TV was small, but we don’t watch much on vacation. It passed all my tests. I think it’s family owned, or at least it seemed that way, and everyone was very nice and greeted me by name. I’ll definitely stay again when I’m in town. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely time. The room was clean, nice, and had everything we needed. It’s a quiet place not too far from the lake, good for one person or a small group. There’s a lovely coffee shop up the street on the way.

The price was very reasonable for the service and quality of the room. It was clean and well kept, with a cozy feel and a comfortable bed. Towels were neatly folded and there were complimentary toiletries too. I was in town for a business trip and felt welcome as soon as I stepped into the lobby. The front desk person, who I think may also be the owner, was warm and attentive. They even offered to do laundry when they noticed I needed a wash. Those thoughtful touches made the stay memorable. I’d recommend this quaint, welcoming place and will return next time I’m in town.
