Housekeeping came by every day, weekends included, bringing fresh towels, making the bed, and tidying the room. The hotel itself was in tip top shape, and everything felt perfect. The king size bed had just the right firmness, and the bathroom was absolutely clean and well stocked. I highly recommend this hotel.

We keep returning here when we visit family in the Eau Claire area, and the staff is always helpful. A few years ago, after a death in our family in that area, they went way above and beyond for us. I've been a loyal IHG fan for a long time, and this hotel is truly near the top of the places I frequent.
2/10
The room was so dirty that I'd rather have stayed at a Motel 6, and the bathroom wasn't clean either. The dark parking lot is in the middle of nowhere, and if something is stolen or your car gets broken into, you might not find out until morning. This stop was a waste of time and money. I stayed here on my way down to Indiana, after staying at the West I-94 Holiday Inn on the way up. This was by far the worst Holiday Inn I've been to. The desk worker was slow and indifferent, and never entered my membership information, so the stay wasn't recorded on my account. Most Holiday Inn locations I've traveled to are noticeably better. Whoever owns this location DOES NOT CARE. Only the name is Holiday Inn; the people here don't meet the standards I've seen elsewhere. Go to the West I-94 location. It's several miles away, but this place isn't worth stopping at. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The motel was very clean, and the whole staff was pleasant, helpful, and great to deal with. We were in Cadott for a graduation, and the location worked great for that as well as trips into Eau Claire. I'd definitely recommend it.

I like staying here when I'm in the area. The rooms and beds are comfortable, the staff are polite and friendly, and sometimes there are free cookies in the lobby.
