I missed an important meeting with a potential client because I couldn't get into the condo, and I can't recommend staying here. It took more than two hours outside in the heat to get through the door. The smart lock wasn't plugged in on the other side. I was in touch with the owner, who was nice and stayed in contact, but the multiple apps, key fob, and codes all failed. I was sobbing on my hands and knees by the time one code finally worked. No one was on site to help. I worried about leaving my belongings because I might get locked out again. Once inside, the AC wasn't on and it was over 80 degrees; it took a while to cool to a tolerable temperature. The owner offered a 3 pm checkout, but I had to leave town by 9:30 the next morning, so that didn't make up for the lost hours. Instructions were about three pages long and very confusing, arrived very late in the day, and the allowed check-in window had already begun. I strongly advise the owner to set up a simple, clear check-in system that works every time.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, with good suggestions for local attractions and restaurants. The location was convenient for shopping, dining, and the beach, and the pool, hot tub, and fitness center were excellent. Our condo was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, with a full kitchen that made it easy to prepare some meals. From the large balcony we had lovely views of the pool and palm trees, and it was a perfect place to watch the sunset. Hidden Palms Resort Condominiums exceeded my expectations. It felt like a relaxing home away from home, and I can't wait to return.

I've been back four times. It feels like home away from home, with good people and clean rooms, and you're no more than five minutes from anywhere you'd want to go.

Hidden Palms has quiet surroundings and is within a mile of the river. These are one bedroom condos with full amenities, individually owned, so the furnishings vary from unit to unit. They aren't new, but they're kept up very nicely. Our place was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The prices are very reasonable, and we'll definitely come stay again, hopefully soon.

The staff were extremely friendly and generous, and the suites turned out to be a positive surprise. We checked three rooms, and all were clean, well maintained suites. The exterior and front desk could use a little freshening up, but a coat of paint would do it. Don't let that put you off. Very much worth the money.
