The only issue I had with the room was how loud the A/C unit was. Otherwise, it was clean, with fresh linens and a clean bathroom. The hotel is old, but I didn't notice any odd smells or stains. I'd read lots of reviews from people disappointed with the property and customer service, but that wasn't my experience. The staff were wonderful. I left a pair of very sentimental earrings on the dresser, and the owners patiently searched under and behind everything until they found them. They shipped them back to me in California. I'm so grateful for their compassion, and I'll definitely return. Great value for the money.

The Internet was the one real problem, especially overnight. Fixing that would turn this into a five-star stay. The A/C worked well, the staff were friendly, and cleanliness wasn't an issue. Each room having a fridge and microwave was a welcome touch. The place is dated, but given the location, it's good value. I'm happy with the room and service and will gladly come back.

The rooms are dated but clean and a good size, and the weekly rates are pretty affordable. The hotel also seems to be a bit of a hot spot for police activity in town. Management was quick to judge and kick us out over what they called traffic from people we'd just met at the hotel that night. They were also guests there. We were good tenants, kept things clean, weren't loud, and didn't bother anyone, so being told to leave felt rude and uncalled for.

There is a place to park boats, and it's locked at night, which is a real plus. The two entrances make it easy to get to and from your car, and the fridge and microwave are useful. The rooms are a great size, and the pool is awesome and clean. The beds are only double or full size, and the comforters could be much better. They also give you very cheap toilet paper. If they put some money into the rooms, the place would be a lot better.
