We liked this place so much I almost wanted to stay and buy the apartment. It was the nicest place and best value on our whole drive from Oregon to Lake Havasu. We could easily add days to our stay, and the free laundry, great pool, and vacation basics made things easy. The place was quiet and in a great spot. They don't allow dogs, but were fine with my service dogs for epilepsy. The AC worked great, the kitchen had everything we could need, and the hot water came quickly with great shower pressure. The TV was wonderful too. Nothing negative to say.

The property was spotless and beautiful, and there's plenty to do right there, with extra activities and entertainment. We spent a wonderful week here. Staff were so friendly and helpful, and kind to everyone, including the kids. Shopping, parks, and a lovely beach with a skate park and playground are all very close.

Getting luggage upstairs is on you, since there are no elevators, ramps, or assistance. Our first room overflowed from the toilet tank, and the second room, 202, had bed bugs. The front desk staff were friendly, but they CANNOT issue refunds. Good luck. Calling this a 4 star resort makes no sense to me, they must have paid google for that rating.

The woman on the phone, the security guard, and the front desk guy were all kind. I felt safe and welcome. They have Chromecast for streaming and free laundry on site. We'll definitely stay again.

There are three pools, so they never felt too crowded, and the property is well maintained. It was a perfect base for my Lake Havasu City trip, close to the beach, London Bridge, and a grocery store. I'll stay here again on my next visit to beautiful Lake Havasu.
