We stayed for a week for work. The room was clean by my standards, and everything in it worked. Parking was good too. There isn't anything worth walking to, though the commercial area is only a short drive away. The hotel doesn't offer breakfast. The pet area could use more attention. Its trash can was full when we arrived and stayed that way for another three days. Some inconsiderate people leave their food scraps, cans, and bottles there instead of using the other designated bins.

After a long day working on the road, Annette at the front desk greeted me with a smile and terrific service. She really made me feel welcome and showed the IHG way. The location is great, right by Buc-ee's, so it's easy to fill up and grab a snack. Thanks, Annette. I'll be back when I'm in the area.

Annette and Savannah were so charming and funny. My wife and I came in after a long, hard, emotional day, and they had us laughing the whole time. It felt like they knew what we needed without us having to say anything. She also gave us plenty of information about the hotel. The rooms were amazing, with everything we needed in one place. I'll definitely stay here again.

The room had more than I expected: a full-size icebox, two-burner cooktop, microwave, dishes, cooking utensils, coffee pot, and dishwasher. You could bring clothes and food and be set. If you forget anything, there's a little store downstairs. They also had the pool open in mid-September, plus laundry and a fitness room on site. When I arrived, I was really upset and going through something, but Annette and Savannah made me feel welcome and laugh. Our back-and-forth banter was exactly what I needed. I'm so glad I chose this hotel. You can't find a better place or better people.
