Geneva Hotel & Tiki Bar

I'll always remember our first visit here. Terry was incredibly kind, and his partner Mo brought good snacks to our door for our dogs, who loved them. The people in this community are A+, and I can't imagine what you're going through. Folks all over are thinking of you, and we're sending love from Raleigh. The Geneva has been a favorite for my son and me for decades. Management and staff are friendly and helpful, and our rooms have always been clean and fresh. We love the pool and Tiki Bar, so it was disappointing that the pool was closed for special cleaning during our visit. On a 90-degree day, we went for a dip in the river instead. It's a great spot for a short break or a longer rest and recharge, less than an hour from home. Some rooms allow dogs, so we can bring our beloved pet. The hotel sits right alongside the Rocky Broad River, about halfway between Chimney Rock's main strip and Lake Lure beach. We like having everything close by while still feeling tucked away in nature. We've never had a bad stay. Thanks for keeping this getaway available to everyone exploring the Hickory Nut Gorge!

I've been staying here since I was eight, and it holds lots of memories for me. The rooms and property were spotless, and manager Terry was kind and hardworking. His wife Mo, also a manager, greeted everyone with a lovely smile and made sure we had what we needed. She's a hard worker, and she grows beautiful flowers and delicious tomatoes. Her work shows as soon as you arrive. The housekeepers were kind and helped with our needs, too. The Tiki bar and grill served delicious food, and the staff there were amazing. If you haven't stayed here, you should check it out.

The rooms were spotless and felt so welcoming, like a home away from home. We had a great river view from the outdoor seating, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout. At the Tiki Bar & Grill at Geneva Riverside Lodging, the food was delicious and the drinks were even better. The bartenders knew their stuff and gave us great suggestions. It was a fantastic visit, and I can't wait to return. Highly recommend it!
