The room was comfortable, clean, and roomy, with enough space to work or relax. The property felt safe and is conveniently near the highway. My only room complaint was that the shower head could use an upgrade. Check-in was okay. The young woman at the front, with red/burgundy hair, did her job, but I've had warmer welcomes at Hyatt before. Maybe it was an off day or she was stretched thin, which is understandable, she's human. I had a good stay overall, would recommend this location, and plan to return.

This is my favorite hotel in Orlando. The rooms are lovely, the breakfast is good, the gym is nice, and the staff are really kind. Eve and Yasmira gave excellent service and deserve raises. Zaae and Robert also went out of their way and deserve raises too.

I’m here almost every week, and it feels like a second home. The hotel and location are amazing, especially after the renovation, but it's the people who keep bringing me back. Persephone, Zaae, Robert, and Liz are wonderful, welcoming, and always ready to help. I'd highly recommend the hotel and its great staff.

I want to thank the team at Hyatt Place Lake Mary in Orlando for making my stay comfortable and memorable. Their warm, professional manner and genuine care made me feel welcome, respected, and valued throughout. The service went well beyond what I expected. I'm especially grateful to Ivette Carbon, the Housekeeping Manager, as well as Robert, Vicente, Nora, Viviana, Mayra, Karolay, Karen, Yolyana, Sae, Yasmin, Marila, Arleis, Carmelina, and Keyla. Their teamwork, attention to detail, positive attitudes, and professionalism set a high standard. They clearly take pride in their work and in representing the Hyatt brand. Please pass along my thanks to each of them. Hyatt Place Lake Mary is fortunate to have such a dedicated team.

My stay was extremely disappointing because the AC didn't work at all. I set it to 71 on auto/cool, but the room stayed very hot. I called the front desk twice and went downstairs as well. The staff member said he couldn't leave the desk to assist me and couldn't move me to another room. Being stuck in a hot room without help or a solution was unacceptable. I didn't get basic comfort or customer service.
