The location worked well for us: Mirror Lake beach and playground are just around the corner, and it’s a quick walk to main street for shops and food. The welcome packet had useful suggestions for places to go and things to do, plus discounts if you remembered to bring the printed flyer. We never did. We had a decent family vacation overall. We’d assumed there would be activities, but when we called ahead they quickly explained that games to borrow from the main office were all we should expect. The amenities were nice enough. The condo was a good size and the kitchen had the minimum cooking supplies. The beds felt like poured concrete, and my back was glad to get home. We didn’t use the fireplace since it was 85 all week, or the slightly odd sauna in the bathroom. Decent stay.

Unit 62 was quiet, even with a family with young kids next door, and six of us had plenty of space. The view over Mirror Lake was beautiful. We could walk to the pub, public playground and beach, tennis courts, boat launch, and village. The kitchen and bathrooms seemed to have been updated recently. They provided bar soap, a small lotion, dishwasher pods, dish soap, paper towels, tissues, and a starter amount of coffee. The coffee pot had a reusable gold filter, and there was also a wood burning fireplace.

The main floor bathroom was a highlight, with both a sauna and a Jacuzzi tub. We had a great stay, and the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed.

This was our second stay, and the staff were helpful and quick to respond. The place is close to lots of attractions, has a well equipped kitchen, and sleeps 8. A great place to stay.
