The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly, and the price was very affordable.

The front desk clerk, who I think was named Stephanie (red hair), deserves 5 out of 5. Our assigned room showed as clean on the computer, but it wasn’t. She handled everything with great customer service, checking about three rooms and going up and down the stairs and around the property until she found us a decent one. Then its TV didn’t work, so she swapped it with one from another room. She tried so hard that I couldn’t be mad at her. Stephanie, you hold this place together and deserve a raise. Thanks! My belongings all smelled like smoke, even though this is supposed to be a no-smoking property. After all the trouble, they still denied me any kind of refund at checkout that morning. Trying to keep my money after putting me through this was inhuman. The only person who was kind and tried to help was Fema. I’ve called repeatedly to speak with the manager, George, and I’m starting to think he doesn’t exist because he’s never there or is avoiding my calls. Tell people not to stay here. Don’t waste your time or money on this dump. I’d paid for a week in advance, then got locked out of my room on the second night. The night manager and maintenance worker tried to help, but couldn’t get me into the room next door, where my medication, which I need every night and morning, clothes, and all my other things were inaccessible. They said they needed the owner’s approval to call a locksmith, and neither the manager nor owner was answering their phones. They told me to wait in another room while they sorted it out. I didn’t agree to stay there, and the night manager left at 10 p.m. without telling me what happened. I kept asking them to call a locksmith. I didn’t get back into my own room until the morning, when the day staff member arrived and opened the door.
