Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Lakeland

Sam, the Manager, was very professional, and his son Arin was helpful and accommodating. The rooms have been newly renovated, and breakfast had plenty of variety. They even have EV charging outside, which worked well for my electric kia. This was the nicest Days Inn I've stayed at. I had a great time and will be back.

I ended up sleeping in my car after my Valentine's Day reservation through Wydham was cancelled while I was already driving through two hours of traffic from Kissimmee, where everything was booked. They offered to let me book again for nearly double the price. I've been moving between housing for the last two years and had stayed here many times, but I won't return. This wasn't my first problem with the same staff member. She recognized my name when she cancelled, and I'm pretty sure it was out of spite. I've seen her vaping outside when the lobby is empty. Sam, the General manager, is a good guy for the most part, but he hires poorly. The Travel Lodge around the corner is much better. They have danishes, old lemon water, and coffee for breakfast. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Arin understood what I needed and went out of his way to help. The staff were helpful throughout, and everything seemed well organized. The renovated rooms were lovely, too. I enjoyed every minute of my stay. The atmosphere here is amazing, and I loved it.

Our room had a king bed and a queen bed, with plenty of room to move around and feel comfortable. It was clean and updated, and the property was great. We were also in a perfect location for our stay. The staff were really nice. I asked for two extra towels and they handed me five! Breakfast was available for guests to come and go, with yogurt, fruit, toast, oatmeal, eggs, and more.
