Residence Inn By Marriott Sedona

The room’s layout was fun and made it feel spacious for two. Trails start right behind the hotel or across the street, and the location on the Sedona Strip gave us easy access without putting us in the middle of the hustle and bustle. We liked the quieter atmosphere and the staff were super helpful with great recommendations. We’ll definitely come back.

Adam at breakfast was a standout. He was friendly and attentive, and made us feel taken care of every morning. The amenities were also a big plus, including laundry, a kitchenette, breakfast, the meditation site, and the pool. We enjoyed our four-night stay at the Residence Inn Sedona, especially because it was so convenient for visiting Boynton Canyon and Airport Mesa. The room view was the one disappointment: the website made it sound as though we’d have a scenic view, but that wasn’t the case. Still, we had a great stay and would consider returning.

The layout worked well, with the heated outdoor pool in the middle, and the decor was beautiful. There were lots of restaurants and stores nearby, close enough to walk if the weather were nicer. We drove left onto Red Rock Loop Rd. for a self-driving tour, and to the right was a Cultural Park for stargazing. The staff were attentive. Couldn’t have been better!

The pool and sauna were clean and inviting, and the hotel was very well kept. Staff were nice enough and attentive, and the accommodations were acceptable. Finding our room was a little adventure each time because the layout was odd. The most disruptive part was the AC unit’s strange humming when it switched on at night, which interrupted my wife’s sleep.
