The quiet setting was one of my favorite parts. The property felt tucked away from traffic, with only birds, wind, and rustling trees around us. We wandered down the little trail and found a lovely stream, too. There was plenty to look at around the clean grounds, plus a BBQ pit, a spot for a bonfire, and enough parking for us. Our host left us alone, as did the neighbors, which suited me just fine. It felt like a little paradise of a community. We hadn't planned on staying here at first. Our original booking fell through a week before the trip, so I was panicking. I found this place on AIRBNB, but the listing didn't give many details and I was nervous about booking. I arrived right at check-in, and Ms. Catherine met me out front, showed me around, and explained what I needed to know. Inside, our little home away from home was beautiful, clean, and cozy. The room was spacious, and the porch was huge. The full kitchen had everything needed for cooking. There were lots of towels in the bathroom, along with a closet, extra pillows, and covers. We used the two heaters when it got cold, and they worked perfectly. The pool looked beautiful, but it was too cold to swim. We did relax in the jacuzzi, though it could use a bit of cleaning. I figured the trees had blown debris into the water. The one real annoyance was the shower, which wouldn't stay at a normal temperature for long. Otherwise, I have no complaints. I posted a bunch of pictures on my FB, and people keep asking where it is. You can bet I'm telling them and recommending this gorgeous place. I'll definitely be back. ❤️
