Hyatt Place Sarasota Lakewood Ranch

We’ve stayed in plenty of other places, but none compares with the staff here. The team at Hyatt Place Sarasota / Lakewood Ranch feels like superstars every time, whether it’s the welcoming staff at night, the breakfast crew, or the people at checkout. We love calling this place our second home, and we keep bringing friends and family and bragging about the gem we found. Thank you to all the staff at Hyatt Place Sarasota / Lakewood Ranch!

TIM was phenomenal. It’s been a long time since I’ve had service this good, and I can’t say enough good things about him. My family and I ate at the lobby restaurant, where Marie was so kind and helpful. We loved our stay: clean rooms, good food, and great customer service 🙌🏼

The breakfast was amazing, with fresh fruit and mixed berries alongside more than just eggs and cereal. We loved the big windows and our view of the UTC shopping across the highway. The staff were more than accommodating to our group during New Years Eve week, and the rooms were clean. Tim and Caroline at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after. Caroline even made sure my daughter could join in with the kids’ toy box behind the desk. Bruce in the restaurant also made sure we had what we needed. There was fruit-infused water and juice in the lobby, which was fantastic in the hot weather. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked awesome. Thank you, Hyatt, we had a great time!

The staff here will go above and beyond for guests. When all our Ubers were running late while we were in town for a friend’s wedding, they offered to drive us. We felt like royalty! They’re the reason this feels like a 5 Star resort, and they all deserve a raise. The cookies are amazing, and the fruit water is handy to grab. We came down late for breakfast, but the staff still helped us get coffee and snacks for the road. 10/10 would recommend!
