My boyfriend and I stayed here for a week while he was working. The room was large, comfortable, quiet, and didn’t feel outdated. Service was friendly and helpful every time. I liked that you need a key card to get through the front door, so random people can’t just walk in. The parking lot is small and tight, but I never had trouble finding a space. Thank you!

Zoe and Maddie at the front desk were professional and excellent. Zoe arranged a late checkout, which I really appreciated with a newborn baby. The room was very clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and the water pressure was off the charts. We had a wonderful stay.

I’ve come back regularly for two years, and the place keeps exceeding my expectations. It’s easy to relax after a long day because the rooms are comfortable, spotless, and well maintained. The staff are always welcoming and ready to help with whatever you need, and they really make you feel at home. Cleanliness, comfort, and genuine hospitality all in one place. Highly recommend for short or long stays!

At Comfort Inn & Suites Lakewood by JBLM, breakfast was included and had a nice range of choices to start the day. They also offer free electric vehicle charging, which was a huge plus. Mari/Mary at the front desk was especially welcoming, friendly, and professional, and really made us feel at home. The hotel was quiet and very clean. Housekeeping even cleaned our room every day without us asking. We had a wonderful stay, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We’ve stayed here three times now, and every visit has been wonderful. The rooms are clean, and the receptionists are so nice.
