My son had a good first place of his own here while he finished his final year at NYU. He never had any problems, and the staff were very responsive to emails. They were flexible about move-in and move-out times when told in advance. The room had a clean bathroom, microwave, TV, internet, and kitchen utensils. It was clean and as quiet as you can expect in NY, and close to subways and anything he might need. I also appreciated needing a key to enter the building. The one drawback was moving in and out from the 5th floor without an elevator. It’s quite a hike.

I stayed in a premium room this summer and would happily come back. Even by NYC standards, getting around was easy, with all the Union Square transit options and big grocery stores just a short walk away. The window AC also had fan and dehumidifier settings, so ventilation and temperature control were good during this unusually hot summer. As a light sleeper, I especially appreciated how quiet and soundproof the room was.

The location makes it convenient to get around NYC, and both the building and units are clean. Rooms are cleaned weekly. The staff were friendly and professional, and kept residents informed about building matters. I had a great experience at Union Square Apartments.

This place works perfectly for students doing summer internships in NYC. I stayed at union sqaure apartment last summer and chose to come back again this year.

For my 10 week summer internship in the city, Union Square Apartments was a great fit. The private bathroom and well-equipped room made a real difference, and my AC worked well with hot water always available. The price was comparable to NYC or FIT dorms, popular choices for interns, but the added privacy and convenience made it worthwhile. Weekly cleaning, including fresh sheets, was a welcome help during a busy schedule. The front office team was incredibly helpful. Kinga answered all my questions, and Felix kindly helped with my bags when I moved in. I’m glad I stayed here and would recommend it to other interns or anyone looking for a short-term place in the city.
