Pestana Park Avenue Boutique Hotel

That personalized welcome note and the high-end toiletries were nice little details, and the room itself was spotless, modern, and so comfortable. The bed really did feel like a cloud. The staff made the biggest impression, though. They seemed to care, and handled every request with a smile and a can-do attitude. From check-in through departure, the attention to detail was flawless. I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels, but this one felt in a league of its own. It was a stress-free, luxurious stay, and I’m already looking forward to coming back.

Joaquin made us feel so welcome. He offered a heater, surprised us with chocolates, and made checkout easy, with so much kindness and care. Carlos was also part of a staff that made the stay special. The location couldn’t have been more convenient, just steps from Grand Central Terminal and close to Upside Pizza. Getting around and exploring New York was easy and fun. We had an amazing time and would absolutely recommend the hotel. We’ll be back.

Having Grand Central Station just a short walk away made getting around simple, and there were lots of good breakfast places and restaurants nearby. We had a room with a balcony, and the view over the New York skyline was breathtaking, something we won’t forget. The rooms are small, but charming and thoughtfully designed, so they felt cozy. We also appreciated the complimentary lemon water, coffee, and croissants each day. The staff were friendly and attentive, always greeting us with a smile and checking that we were comfortable. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly return or recommend it to anyone visiting New York.

The rooms are quite small, even the superior ones. Still, everything else was excellent. The location between Park and Madison Avenue is great, right by Grand Central Station, so getting around is easy. The service was the best I’ve ever had. I’ve stayed in five-star luxury hotels around the world, and Pestana park avenue still stood out. Everyone was accommodating, polite, and helpful. Special thanks to Francisca and Joaquin, they were wonderful. I’d recommend the hotel to anyone visiting NYC. Well done to the whole staff and management, you’re doing a great job.
