The area was a real treat for food, with Mexican, Asian, Indian, and Nepali restaurants nearby, plus a McDonald’s a block away for something quick. We also found getting around easy, since the 82nd Street Roosevelt subway stop is close and Times Square took us about 30 minutes to reach. Our three-night stay was lovely: the hotel was spotless, the shower sparkling clean, and the bed comfortable. I’m already thinking about coming back. Highly recommend.

The room was dirty and far smaller than the listing suggested, and the bathroom door was broken. I had to call again and again just to ask for an essential amenity. The receptionist kept saying it was being sent, but it never came. The quality and cleanliness were awful. I have a hard time believing the positive reviews are genuine.

They said they could accommodate an early check-in to get me to book, then tried to add a $50 fee. When they realized they couldn’t do it, they still didn’t refund me. Dealing with them was so bad I’d have been better off sleeping in my car.

Clean, pleasant place with good service and a convenient location. Train lines, restaurants, and medical facilities, including hospitals, are nearby if needed.

We had a really nice stay and would come back. The room was good, though not perfect, and the bed was very comfortable. From the sixth floor we also had an amazing view. Lots of public transport options are close to the hotel.
