I booked without knowing what to expect, but the room was really nice and looked almost new. The price was great, and it's easy to get to just about anything. We live seven hours away, but next time we're in the area, this will be my first choice. Thanks!

The heat didn't work, and when we told the front desk that turning it off and back on hadn't helped, they did nothing. I paid for a suite but was given a double bed. They said it wasn't their fault because I'd booked through someone else, even after I showed them the charge on my card. I was told the manager would call, but that never happened. I understand they can't control third-party listings, and booking through one by accident was my fault, but the staff could have been friendlier. The heat should have been looked at when we reported the problem. The response below also shows the same lack of compassion for customers. The customer service at the facility was disappointing.

I've been stopping here for more than 20 years. The rooms are clean and comfortable, it's pet-friendly, and breakfast is good. The staff are helpful and very friendly. It's also in a good location, near the stores you need and interesting things to see and visit. I'd give it five stars.

The rooms and showers were spotless, and the staff were very, very friendly. It had that old-fashioned feel of personal service with a smile.
