I lost an earring sometime during the day and had no idea when or where it fell out. I hoped it might have come off overnight at the hotel, and when I returned to the room the cleaning person had left it on the desk for me. It was priceless for sentimental reasons. They didn't make a fuss or wait for me to ask at the front desk. When I checked out and asked how to thank them, they said, “no need. That’s what we do.” I stayed two nights with my daughter for a tournament, and this kindness left me speechless. Writing this review is the least I can do.

The location is great. Just keep food put away if you're on the first floor, since ants always seem to get in when food is left out. I don't hold that against the hotel, but it's something to watch for.

With my daughter at college in Lancaster, I've stayed in plenty of places around here, from hotels to Air bnbs. This one was a pleasant surprise. It's set back from route 30, so road noise isn't much of an issue, and the rooms are VERY clean. You can tell the staff keep up with them, which isn't always true even at pricier hotels. Everyone was super friendly, too. For the price, it's definitely worth it.

We stayed here for a show at the American Music Theater, and everything we went to was close by. Check-in was easy, the room was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. A great stay.

For two nights, $400+ felt excessive, but there weren't many options. The breakfast room was packed, and the food was basic, the kind you find anywhere. Water pressure was horrible, and the TV remote barely worked. I usually take photos to share, but this place didn't give me a reason to.
