Breakfast was hot and good, and the stay was decent enough that I’d come back and recommend the place. The downsides were a limited choice of TV channels and a flat pullout bed. The movies seemed to be in Spanish, and we had to use couch cushions to make the bed more comfortable.

I slept really well in the lovely, quiet room, and parking felt safe. I stayed three times in three weeks while helping care for my Daddy. The front desk team was so kind and supportive when I needed someone to talk to. Jess gave me a list of everyone to thank, but my scatterbrain can’t keep all the names straight. Jess, Anna, and Russel were the people I saw most often, and they felt like friends. Jess even surprised me with a suite upgrade on my last stay, which I’m still grateful for. Art from maintenance was wonderful and kind too. The breakfast and housekeeping teams were attentive and friendly. Thanks, guys. Pam ❤️

The room had a weird smell, and the shower had a strong mildew odor. I took my shoes off and stepped on a goat head. The AC compressor rattled whenever it kicked in, so I had to sleep with it off. Breakfast was missing most things, and there wasn’t any sugar. Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else.

When I raised the issue of nobody being at the front desk, another Holiday Inn employee standing there said there were plenty of other hotels nearby and I could stay at one of those instead. Message received. I’d waited 30 minutes for the desk person to return from break, with no one else available to check me in. He then said he usually takes his break around 6-7pm and I shouldn’t expect to check in then.

The place could use an update, but everything still worked properly. Our room was clean, and the towels were fresh and white.
