Nice place, great price, and the staff were amazing. The front desk woman and man were both extremely helpful and top notch. They include free breakfast, dinner, and a drink each night. The regular breakfast was yummy, though I'd skip the breakfast burrito. The room was clean and had everything you'd need. I'd definitely come back.

A good cheap option when you're out of town and want somewhere safe to stay. Jasper really made us feel welcome and safe. He's a respectful, stand-up, handsome young man. They also have security patrolling overnight, so your car is safe. Definitely recommend staying here.

We found roaches in room 247, one on the microwave, four on the kitchen walls, and another in the bathroom. Ew. The staff were friendly and moved us to a first-floor room, where my husband and I are sleeping now. It's 11:37 pm, and I still can't sleep. There's a bar area, and you get a complimentary ticket for alcohol and a meal ticket. I saw what someone else had in front of them and decided to pass on the food. Even so, the people were nice, the customer service was good, and there was no drama.

I hope the service here improves, because it used to be good years ago. Lately I've been disappointed by rude treatment from staff and don't know what's behind the decline. Kelsey spoke to guests over the phone in a condescending way, which surprised me. I've had better customer service at other, more reputable hotels. I was also disappointed that discussions with manager Ajay or AJ weren't followed through on. The hospitality and professionalism seem to have declined.
