The room was beautifully clean, comfortable, and well designed, with cozy beds and everything we needed. The hotel felt spotless and modern, and my kids loved it. After a long day, it was just right for a relaxing night. What made our visit unforgettable was Shaimaa Elghoneimy, the Front Desk Manager. From the moment we arrived with the kids, she made us feel welcome, cared for, and at ease. She was warm, professional, patient with my children, attentive, and kind. Shaimaa is a gem, and Hilton is lucky to have her. She represents the Hilton brand so well, and as guests, we could feel the difference. Spark by Hilton Lancaster is now our first choice when we return to the area, thanks to Shaimaa and the experience overall. We couldn’t have asked for better care. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

We’ve just left Spark by Hilton after a soccer tournament, and the customer service was the best. Shaimaa was so kind and helpful, even with a hotel full of soccer players. We really appreciated the hospitality and will definitely be back!

The oatmeal bar at breakfast was a little touch I loved. The coffee was great, too. Nice place, and the rooms were clean.

It’s about 15-20 minutes from Sight & Sound, so it worked well as a stop for that. The hotel was very clean, the beds comfortable with plenty of pillows, and the shower pressure was good. Breakfast was decent, though the only hot options were oatmeal and a microwave. Everyone was friendly and the service was great. I’d definitely stay again.

We stayed one night during a youth tournament, and the staff friendliness really stood out. Angel at the front desk was super helpful, and the breakfast staff were friendly, kept the food refilled, and stayed on top of cleaning. The room was nice and clean. I’d definitely come back!
