Peter made a particularly kind gesture during my work trip. I was rushing one morning, and he offered without hesitation to wrap my muffins so I could take them with me. That sort of thoughtfulness stood out. My room at Homewood Suites by Hilton Lansdale was spacious, clean, and comfortable, just what I needed after long workdays. I had a great stay and would gladly come back. I'd recommend it for work or leisure trips to the area.

Breakfast was a highlight, with overnight oats, chia pudding, nuts, and seeds. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the WiFi was good. My room on the 6th floor was quiet and away from the train. SEPTA and the charming town of Lansdale were both an easy walk away. Thanks for a lovely visit, and keep up the good work!

The rooms are great, and breakfast was fine. I'd read complaints about noise from the nearby commuter tracks, but closing the blackout curtains and turning on the TV, which has Sirius XM music, did the trick for me. The front desk service was another story. I asked for extra towels and soap on Saturday and didn't get them until Monday. The elevator near the desk has been “under renovations” for about a month, so they put me on the fifth floor. On checkout day, my key wouldn't work, which seems to be a known issue there. I found out after making the trip up and down five flights of stairs three times. Parking also costs $5 a day, even though the hotel is in the middle of an industrial park.

Stephanie, the sales director, was so responsive and helpful when we blocked rooms for our team this year. It was our second time staying here for a local hockey tournament, and we had such a great stay. Ashlyn at the front desk made check-in quick and easy, and she always had a smile when we passed through the lobby. Everett is just awesome, truly one of the nicest people ever. I really enjoyed chatting with both him and Ashlyn, they were so personable. Breakfast was quick and easy, and we appreciated the spacious lobby and everyone's hospitality. We hope to see you all again next year.

There was a lot to choose from at breakfast, and it was genuinely good. The scrambled eggs were fluffy with fresh toppings, the pastries were fresh rather than stale, and the roasted potatoes were crispy and well seasoned. I liked the homemade chai pudding with oatmilk and all the add-ons you could choose yourself, including pumpkin seeds, walnuts, dried cranberries, coconut flakes, brown sugar, and more. They also had a good selection of coffee, tea, and juice. It didn't taste like the usual continental breakfast where everything is rubbery and flavorless.
