Clarion Pointe Fort Worth East - Arlington

They kept my $50 deposit over allegedly stained bedding, but I never slept in the bed. I fell asleep in my wheelchair about 30 minutes after checking in and stayed there until checkout the next day. This is a total lie, and they are taking people's money and lying to do it. I wouldn't recommend this hotel; they'll do the same to you. Minus five stars. I was told the additional $50 deposit would be returned in 5-7 business days. On the seventh day, when it hadn't been reimbursed, I called to ask where it was.

The housekeeping manager made a good impression. She was really sweet and made sure our rooms were clean. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well kept, and you could tell cleanliness matters here. The friendly, helpful staff made the stay feel welcoming, too. I'd recommend it to anyone wanting a solid, hassle-free place. I'll be back next time I'm in town.

We barely slept all night. I could hear everything from next door, people chatting and laughing, and noise in the hallway. Breakfast noise and the cleaner's broom banging on the door woke us many times, even though my family and I usually sleep easily and deeply. The room clearly lacked soundproofing, which guests need for a basic rest. This isn't a place to recover after a day trip, and I doubt the review scores. This is my first complaint ever. The location felt shabby, with nothing around, and the staff didn't try to say anything beyond the routine check-in. I've never been this disappointed with a hotel.

Cleanliness earns five stars, but breakfast and the look of the place get three. The room furniture and lights feel more like an office than a cozy hotel. Four stars overall.
