Brie at the front desk made a real difference. She was attentive, helpful, easy to approach, and knew La Place well. It’s less than an hour from New Orleans. The hotel also has clean rooms, a fitness center, a refrigerator, a desk, and a large bathroom with a shower. Great service all around, and I highly recommend staying here. It’s a pleasure to be welcomed by someone who understands and delivers top-notch customer service.

Cameron at the front desk went out of his way to make sure we had the two-bed room we needed. After another hotel gave away our reserved double queen room at 1 a.m., we were left scrambling. Cameron was friendly, understanding, and found us a room for the night. The next day he coordinated with the day-shift staff so we could move to a room with two beds and a sleeper. We’re so grateful for his professionalism, compassion, and care throughout.

We’ve barely had service this week, just one day, because my boyfriend works nights and sleeps in. Today he was out, so I left to give housekeeping a chance. When I got back, they’d only emptied the trash and changed the towels. The room attendant was still in the hallway, so I asked if she could replace the bedsheet since it hadn’t been changed. She said, “I don’t have you down for a full service today,” then walked off saying she didn’t have anything. I only wanted a fresh sheet, not a full service, and she didn’t need to be so rude. I also saw a little girl following her into rooms, which didn’t seem professional. Maybe hire people who don’t mind doing their job.

Karen checked me in and treated me like an old friend. She made me feel so welcome, and she’s a real asset to the organization. Such a true professional! The room was amazing, cozy, and comfortable. I’ll definitely be back.
