The Pavilion at the Park

I don't want to hear that bugs are just typical in small towns. The Pavillion was dirty and unsanitary, period. I have photos as proof, including one of a bunched-up, dirty paper towel with dead bugs and bug droppings from the refrigerator and freezer in unit 13. When I brought the problems to the owner's attention, she gaslit me about them. Either the people leaving five-star reviews are lying, or they were high during their stay. This review had better not be removed, because I'll keep posting it if I have to. Update: I didn't check my review until three days after posting, and here's my response to Margie's updated reply. Six reviews isn't many, especially since you admitted to looking at my profile and must have seen positive reviews as well as negative ones. That's like saying your 66 reviews are hundreds. Also, someone seems obsessed with me. Otherwise, why respond to my review more than once? Looks like you need a therapist more than I do, but I get it. I have that effect on people.

Our first night was supposed to be at the Pavilion, but the power was out in the hotel area during a snowstorm. Margie, the owner, gave us a lot of personal attention as we were leaving for our 20th anniversary trip and kindly arranged a room at a nearby hotel. We stayed at the Pavilion at the Park the second night. It was all great, and I especially appreciated how quiet and peaceful it was. I highly recommend staying there.

As a traveling nurse, I sometimes live out of a suitcase, but here I had a little apartment with everything provided, for an unbeatable price. The owner was so friendly and nice. The whole place was clean, and the location was beautiful. I love this quaint little town in America.

I've been coming to Sullivan Cty for years, and in my opinion this is easily the nicest place to stay. Marji is really nice to deal with, and it's so quiet. The rooms have good beds, working TVs, good internet, and everything else was in good shape. Very clean, nice rooms, and the plumbing was great.
