They tell guests to arrive right when breakfast opens at 6:30 if they want bacon because it disappears soon after. That was true during every day I stayed, but even at 6:45 they didn't make more than the few pieces I'd seen at opening. It felt like a way to save a few dollars. The two very modern coffee machines were also set to make extremely weak coffee. On top of that, instead of a pre-authorization for incidentals, the owners charge the card and then hold the money for 7-10 days. They tell employees to blame the banks, though we all know banks don't keep returned funds that long. It seems like this location keeps the money for that period to gain a little leverage in its cash accounts. The penny pinching makes me wonder what else they're cutting back on, like cleaning, sanitation, or other food. Stay away.

The rooms need updating, and the breakfast here is complete garbage. I'll never stay here again.

We left our massage ball behind, and the hotel called us so we could come pick it up. The cleaning crew were very honest. Wonderful stay, and thanks again.

The only snag was using discounts or club points. The front desk can't access them, so you have to handle that online yourself. Otherwise, the hotel and rooms checked all the boxes for a safe, sanitary stay. Everything was very clean and tidy, and the property seemed new or very well maintained.

Jennifer, the manager, said they were a private facility and would turn away frustrated customers before check-in, so they wouldn’t check in and discover more things they disliked. My husband, daughter, and I were sent away after we expressed frustration about the poor communication. I’d give zero stars if I could.
