On the plus side, there's a roof and pets are allowed. But the room was missing a smoke alarm and needed repairs. Whatever they used to “clean” left a nasty gray residue everywhere, and the bedspread was stained. The water wouldn't stay hot, and someone kept propping the outside door open, letting bugs inside. 2/10, wouldn't recommend if you have another choice.

My brother had already paid and was worried it might be hard to get a refund, but I refused to stay after seeing the room. The lamp shades were dry-rotted, the room smelled terrible, and the floors were dirty. He drove me to another hotel and said he had a miserable night there. He reported no hot water, dirty floors, bugs flying around, and no sleep because of the room's condition. Please don't use this hotel.

I booked this for a wedding and stayed May 29 to June 1, 2025. Four days was way too long. The front door was broken when I arrived, and nobody was at the front desk. Inside, there was a fist-sized hole in the wall, a broken towel rack by the sink, a bent rack in the bathroom, a rusted showerhead, missing pieces of molding or tile around the tub, and a ripped office chair. The room clearly hadn't been cleaned well, since there was a bottle cap on the floor. The water took at least 10 minutes to get hot. Not all the outlets worked, so charging my phone was difficult. When I was getting ready for the wedding, the hair dryer didn't work, and my husband had to go to the front desk for another one. He also had to walk over to request extra towels because the phone didn't work, and nobody was there until he rang the bell. The biggest concern was the missing extra security latch on the door. The rear parking lot door was left cracked open because the card reader didn't work, so anyone could walk in from the street. I didn't feel safe there. I wish I'd checked the reviews and stayed farther from the wedding venue. I'm glad I didn't see any bugs, but now I'm worried after reading the reviews. I have photos to back this up, though I couldn't upload them. Someone needs to hold them accountable or shut them down.

The rooms were clean and there were no bugs, and I’d stay here again. Prices are steep since there aren’t many other places nearby. The internet was awful, and even with nice TVs it took forever to find a show. Customer service training doesn’t seem to be much of a priority. Choice Hotels standards are pretty low, so I’m happy enough with this place.
