We booked through expedia, but checked out 10 minutes after getting into the room and were able to cancel and stay elsewhere. The hallways smelled of weed, people kept walking up and down them, and I felt unsafe. The front desk guy was really rude, our keys failed three times, and we ended up needing a different room. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling. It doesn't feel safe for kids. The price is low, but I'd spend more to feel safe. The smoke was everywhere, including our smoke-free room. I have asthma and react badly to smoke, and it affected me almost immediately.

Breakfast was good, and we had fun in the pool. The lounge stays open from 4 to 1230. Nice accommodations overall. I'd stay again and recommend this hotel to anyone.

The young woman at reception was nice, and I got a refund through my travel agent about six weeks later. I only stayed one night, though. The entrance, stairs, and stairway carpet were very dirty, and the radiator by the entrance was broken and battered. I saw a bug in my room, and the bathtub wasn't nice. Breakfast was self-serve with plastic knives and forks, which is a no-no. The decor looks like the 1980s. Avoid.

Chad did a wonderful job keeping breakfast clean and replenished, and the breakfast itself was good. The front desk was pleasant, and the people at the bar were kind. The rooms were warm, the shower was nice and hot, and the beds were comfortable. Some bathroom wall spots need cleaning, and the hot tub wasn't working, but the rest made up for that. Customer service matters to me, so I gave Ramada five stars. I'll come again.

The staff were nice and did their best, and the restaurant was great. But this hotel has really gone downhill since the many times we've stayed before. The pillows were paper thin, the bathtub drained very slowly, the curtains were hanging from just a few hooks, the wallpaper was peeling, and the clock was unplugged. The door was so hard to shut you had to put your whole body into it because of the lock. We had to ask for towels, and they only gave us one.
