Brett was wonderful during check-in and told us he'd give us an ocean view. What we got was a beautiful sunrise instead! The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast had a great selection and variety.

Brent and Karan were so nice! I only needed a few things during this quick stopover. The back rooms have a mountain view, and mine had coffee, a microwave, and a refrigerator with a small freezer for ice cream. The pool and hot tub were in use and looked nice. The workout room was perfect for me, the AC and heat worked well, and the shower had good flow and hot water. My room was clean, the towels were okay, and there are vending and ice machines on the bottom floor. The bed sagged in the middle, so I slept on my back.

The eggs and fresh waffles at the continental breakfast were delicious and saved us money compared with going to a restaurant. Everyone was extremely nice and the rooms were very clean. There's no dog park, but it's not far to walk to find some grass. I hope guests pick up after their dogs so local businesses keep allowing them. I'd highly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was wonderful, and the person running it did an excellent job. Check-in went smoothly, the staff member there was very nice, and the place was quiet and clean. It's also convenient for food and gas.

The staff really seemed to care, and breakfast was fresh and a ten-star part of the stay. The place was affordable and clean, check-in was easy, and it's close to the freeway, convenience stores, and downtown Laramie. Pretty much everything you want in a Best Western.
