Hampton Inn Laramie

Matt messaged us shortly after we arrived to see if everything was going smoothly and let us know we could contact him if we needed anything. The staff were friendly and professional, and made the stay pleasant. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and breakfast had a nice range of choices, including vegetable omelets. I especially appreciated the accessible pool area. I'm not sure whether the hot tub was accessible too, but I saw a chair lift at the main pool. I'd definitely recommend the Hampton Inn in Laramie, Wyoming.

At 9pm, we had to wait 10 mims while staff checked whether our room was ready because someone apparently hadn't entered in the system that it was cleaned. We had booked at 6pm that same day in the Hilton app, which said the room was ready. We were too tired to argue about accommodations. The location is a bit off the freeway, and that extra drive was frustrating when we were exhausted. The room looked clean, but it had a strong smell of feet and wet dog that made it hard to think of it as clean. The hotel is old and needs modern updates, and the app pictures made it look nicer than it was. We didn't have a comfortable stay. In my opinion, it's more like a 2.5 star property than a 4.4 star one.

The renovation looks fantastic, and Diana and her crew were warm and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay.

Everything was going well during my first stay at this Laramie hotel until loud music woke me at 5am. I was on the 2nd floor, directly above the staff and breakfast area. I called the front desk to report it, and they acted like they had no idea and said they'd find where it was coming from. The music got quieter a few moments later, but I could still hear it until 545. Breakfast starts at 6. I checked out a day early and told another person about it then. I don't usually write reviews, but the owners need to know this is happening.
