For work I’m usually on the road as a driver and stay at budget places, but this hotel surprised me. The room was roomy, clean, and comfortable, and I paid around $48 for the night. Great value, and I’d stay again.

They gave my reserved room to someone else and left us without anywhere to stay. Terrible customer service. I really dislike this place.

The staff were friendly, but the room was filthy, with hair on the bathroom walls. We couldn’t bring ourselves to get under the covers, so we slept on top of the beds. For $200, spend your money somewhere else, or at least know what you’re getting: the rooms look abandoned or like they’ve been used as a crack house, and apparently that’s just how they are, not construction or some unusual situation. This hotel’s idea of “decent” is gross.

Laredo hotel rooms are ridiculously expensive, of all places. I don’t get it. Don’t stay here, the bathtub was nasty.

La Quinta was full, so we tried this place once, and I’m glad we did. The room was clean and convenience stores were close by. Laundry was locked, so I went to a laundromat down the street, which was still nearby. No big deal, they may have been working on it.
