Breakfast was great, parking was good, and I liked the hotel. The odd thing was the lack of drawers or any storage in the rooms. You can also hear every movement from upstairs.

My stay was pretty good, though the room's shampoo bottle was completely empty. Breakfast was limited when I was there: no waffle batter and no scrambled eggs, leaving toast and juice as the only other choices. It's fine if eggs aren't normally offered, but most hotels seem to have them.

The neighbors can be noisy since there aren't any carpets. Otherwise, it was a good stay, fairly clean, and breakfast was nice. I would have liked a microwave in the room.

When we realized we'd mixed up our dates, Jami at the front desk acted right away and was helpful, kind, and considerate. Later, when we decided to stay an extra night, she called to double-check the dates since we'd made that mistake before. She went out of her way to make our stay at Tru in Laredo,Tx a good one. Thank you, Jami!

My coworker and I had separate rooms, 231 and 328, and we both woke up every hour because it was so humid. Maybe the humidity would have gone away if the AC could cool below 66 🤷
