The one good part was the house cleaning lady in the hall. She gave me clean towels and was very polite. The rest was a huge failure. I called a week ahead to check that the indoor hot tub was working because my kids wanted to use it, and drove 450 miles for this hotel’s indoor amenities. The water was so disgusting you couldn’t see the floor. I also asked for the room to be cleaned, left for hours, and came back to find it untouched. I had to take my own trash to the dumpster. I paid extra expecting better service and accommodation, but would’ve been better off at a Motel 6. I’m sure they’ll respond with generic concern. I’ll never stay here again. Embassy Suites, zero stars if I could. After the owner responded to my review, I called back, but nobody would take responsibility for that response or discuss the problem. Why tell me to call the number if nobody wants to talk? You responded to look as if you care, but in reality the owner doesn’t care. These aren’t Hilton hotel standards! Look at the pictures of the water I posted.

I’ve been staying here for business for about two years. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable, but lately they’ve started charging for parking and adding room service surcharges. That’s why I decided to move to another hotel.

I’ve been staying at Embassy suites for several months, and it’s been a great place for a longer visit, with top-notch amenities. There’s a full omelette station at breakfast, and the restaurant serves good food at a reasonable price. Highly recommend if you’re in Laredo.

Everything was near perfect during my stay this weekend, and the room was top notch. The continental breakfast was fantastic too. This is definitely a nicer place to stay, and I highly recommend it.

The hotel rooms are nice, and the front desk staff are very helpful and address concerns. But the older man tending the bar was super rude. I sat down and he slapped the bar, telling me to walk over to him to order. What kind of service is that? He has a bad attitude and shouldn’t be working with guests. Also, the A/C only works in the bedroom, not the living area.
